In an effort to be responsible to our environment, we are initiating a paper-light effort at IMSH 2013. As we reduce the amount of paper we use at IMSH, we will make electronic program materials available to you. Bring your mobile device to IMSH to stay abreast of the latest information.

Internet Access
Your mobile device will be your most reliable connection to the internet during IMSH.  Not all areas used for courses or events have WiFi. You can visit the Internet Café located in the North Peabody Ballroom Foyer to check your email or charge your devices. All hotels booked though the IMSH hotel system include wi-fi in the hotel rooms.

Abstracts
All IMSH abstracts are available in the December issue of Simulation in Healthcare.  Bring your copy to review the abstracts or download the iPad app to access them electronically.   iPad App

IMSH Program
Please visit the registration area in the convention level of the Peabody Hotel to pick up your badge and IMSH Program. This printed program has basic conference information, plenary session descriptions, exhibitor descriptions, a schedule-at-a-glance and more.  The schedule-at-a-glance provides the title, time, and location for all sessions, meetings and social events. A colored icon easily identifies the course educational track.  You can view the program via the PDF files below.

Don't forget. The complete course and event information including faculty and learning objectives is available three ways: Agenda Builder, the Mobile App and an online pdf.  If you would like to have a paper copy of the full course description, print a copy before you come to IMSH.  During IMSH you will be able to access the information via the Mobile App in the convention center. 

Plan ahead, review the course material, install the Mobile App and print any information you would like to have on hand.
