STATEMENT OF INTEREST
I’m honored to share my candidacy for the Society for Simulation in Healthcare Academy Board of Governors. As the Academy continues to grow, I see a real opportunity to develop and strengthen the processes that help us move forward together. Clear and consistent structures allow us to make decisions effectively, uphold our values, and deliver meaningful benefits to all our Fellows. My focus will be on advancing these efforts so the Academy can continue to thrive as a valuable and trusted resource for our community.
In all my work, within simulation leadership and across collaborative initiatives, I’ve tried to lead with integrity, transparency, and respect. If elected, I’ll carry those same principles into my service on the Board, working to ensure our actions reflect the needs and goals of our members.
