STATEMENT OF INTEREST
I am honored to submit my candidacy for the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) Fellows Board of Governors. My interest in this leadership role is driven by a commitment to advancing the Academy’s mission through rigorous scholarly inquiry, systemic policy development, and the intentional mentorship of the next generation of simulation leaders. Central to my contribution to the Society has been my role as a mentor for the ASCEND scholars and a Co-Chair for the Virtual Scholars program. I believe the fellows have a critical role to play in shaping the next generation of simulationists and I would like to contribute to this important work by serving on the board.
